VINTAGE JOURNAL COVER

Dear Friends, this project was pending for a longtime and finally I did it.. Inspired by Finnabair..

I removed the cover from the journal book and decided to give a special antique look. I Primed the whole cover with Black Gesso. Once  dried, I added the Prima Art Extravagance Texture crackle paste in some areas to give a crackle effect.. Left it to dry over night ... Once dried, we can see the crackle effect... I applied Prima Soft Gloss Gel all over the texture. This will help the crackle texture not to fall off. 

I started adding my embellishments from my stash.. I used Prima Art Basics 3D gloss gel and Glossy Accent to glue my embellishments.. Once it dried I again Primed all with Black Gesso.In some area I have to use Lindys spray Blazing Black Spray.. So that it can cover every places to black.... 

Used lot of Art Alchemy Metallique paints and waxes in this project.. 

Start colouring from Art alchemy Metallique Paints Royal Blue, Mermaid Teal, Dark velvet, Pink Blush, Ancient Coin, Rich Turquoise, Sparks Dragon’s Eye, Unicorn’s Hair, Art Alchemy Opal Magic Pink Blue, Violet Gold, Rose Gold , Violet Green, Pink Blue, Art Alchemy Antique Brilliance Metallique Wax, Fire Ruby, White Gold... Love the way it turned..

Bible verse Canvas

Hi Friends, I Love this verse and decided to create a Bible Verse Canvas.... 

Started priming the canvas with Art Alchemy White Gesso. Using the Art Basic Modelling Paste and TCW Organic Matter Stencil, Moving Vines Stencil, Party Lights Stencil,  I created a beautiful background texture.. I used Lindys Spray Time Travel Teal, Tibetan Poppy Teal, Magnolia Magenta Gold, Grab A Guy Gold.. Art Alchemy Metallique Paints Gold Rush, Fresh Orange, Dark Velvet, Midnight Sky, Green Olives, Dark Forest.,,.. 

Added Some cute flowers From Peteloo Botanica collection and from my stash.. I used Sizzix Endlesslove to cut the Alphabets.. then arranged it to fill the frame. love the frame it turned out..

Jewellery Vintage Box.

Hi Friends presenting another altered box.. This one I did it for my mom. She loves this kind of boxes.

I primed the whole box with Black Gesso. Using Prima Stencil -Smile and Prima Art Basic Modelling Paste I did the background design.. Love the design.. Added the cute metal embellishment from my stash.. Used Art Basics 3D gloss medium to glue it. Once dried, cover everything with Black Gesso.. 

Started Colouring with Art Alchemy Metallique Pink Blush, Turquoise Blue, Dark Velvet, Plum Preserves, Light Patina, Gold Rush, Art Alchemy Sparks: Unicorn's Hair.. Art Alchemy Waxes Amethyst Magic and White Gold.. 

Finally, added some blings from my stash and Diamond Stickles from Rangers.. Loved the way it turned out.. Iam totally in love with the box..... Hope my mom love it too..

Journal Cover

Hi friends this is my May Month Lindys challenge entry..

I did an Altered Journal Cover for my friend. Primed with white Gesso.. Used modelling paste to create background texture.. I used TCW Stencil North Star and Stencil Art Is.. I added some cute embellishment from my stash.. Glued with Art Basic Heavy Gel Medium.. Covered everything with Gesso.. Once it dried, I coloured it ... 

I used Lot of Lindys spray in my project...

Used Magnolia Magenta Gold, Hibiscus Rose, Pink Ladies Pink, Sweet Violet Purple Teal, French Lilac Violet, Hydrangea Blue, Shabby Turbine Teal, Time Travel Teal. Used Art alchemy Metallique Deep Water Paints.

Finally I highlighted it with Rub & puff and Art alchemy Metallique Wax Vintage Gold.

Love the way it turned out... Hope u too love my project..

Re Altered Photo frame.

Hi Friends, I re-altered a photo frame which I did 10 years ago... my kids are so young, now my elder  one is doing her college. Old MEMORIES are always cherish able. Decided to give a makeover with my new set of sprays and also to take part in More Than Words May month challenge.

 I tried this new product Marabu Shimmer spray which I bought near my home and I loved it soo much. Its a German brand. They have lot of shimmer too.

Once I finished spraying, I used Art Alchemy Metallique Paints. It added the vibrance to my page..

Mixed Media Photo Frame

Hello friends, thought of adding this project which I did recently to the Mixed Media Place Challenge for the month of April.

I primed the whole canvas with Art basics Heavy Gesso Black. I took some cute laces from my stash and glued with the help of Art Basics 3D Gloss Gel. Placed my cute family pic in the center and started assembling the embellishments around.. 

Used Finnabair Mechanicals Leaves, Roses , Gears , Flowers mini and some from my stash.. Glued them all by  Art Basics Heavy body Gel. Once all dried, I primed again with Art Basic Black Gesso. 

Now the fun part begins... I sprayed with Lindysgang spray  Royal peacock shimmer spray and Tainted Love Teal. I used Art Alchemy Metallique Acrylic paints Emerald Green , Royal Red , Brass Hardware, Black Berry , Steampunk Copper and Deep Waters.

Lastly added the Turquoise and Diamond glue stickles for extra sparkle. Added some blinds from my stash.

Tissue Box - Altered

Dear Friends, this is my entry for Mixed Media Place April Challenge. Inspired and got excited to see plenty of vibrant colours to play with. Decided to go with an altered art which I personally enjoy doing it. 

Primed the whole box with Prima Art Basic Heavy Black Gesso. I used different types of Stencils for this project. The Crafters Workshop's stencils Organic Matter & Organic Matter Mask. Also Prima marketing Flower Stencil. 

I used Prima Art Basic modelling Paste to create the texture... Used some metal embellishments from my stash. I used Prima Art Basic Heavy Body Gel to stick my metal flowers..  Once all dried, I again painted all with Black Gesso. I used Lindysgang spray Dark Chocolate truffle, Gossamer gold all over the box.. Then in some places I randomly sprayed Tibetan poppy Teal.. 

I Used Art alchemy Metallique Paints Dark velvet, Emerald Green, Ice Queen  In Sparks Dragon's Eye, Unicorn's Hair.. I added Star Dust and Peacock glitters from Stickles.. This gives beautiful accent to the flowers..  Finally finished it with White Gold Wax.

Spunky Kids Layout

Dear Friends, this is my entry for Mixed Media & Art challenge for the month of May. The butterflies and the colours took me back to my childhood days… those were the days we spent more time outside enjoying the long days with lot of ice-creams and chocolates. So I went and  searched and picked one of my childhood photo and created this layout..

 

I took beautiful pattern papers and cute embellishments from my stash. I wanted to distress the paper to have a vintage look.. So I used Suede from Glimmer Mist and Dark Chocolate Truffle from Lindygangspray and I painted on the back of the paper. I torned some places and used Ranger Distress Ink Black Soot and Walnut Stain to highlight it.. I started building up the layout by slowly adding some layers to it...

Added some flowers from Prima, K&Company and Little Birdie. I coloured Afternoon Delight Denim from Lindys Starburst Spray in middle of the Little Birdie flower.. Added Swirls and it made this page more beautiful.
