ALBUM COVER

Dear Crafters, This is my Febraury month color challenge 2018 for Lindys. This is the  cover for my photo album made from old carton box. 

I textured the background with stencil and modeling Paste. I primed the whole thing with Finnabar Art Basics Heavy Gesso. I started adding few embellishment from my stash. I used Prima Art Extravagance Texture Paste White Crackle to give some texture and the end results was really beautiful. Covered everything with Gesso again. Now the fun part begins. Started spraying with Lindysgang Starburst Spray with Alpine Ice Rose, Poppin Pink (Flat Fabio), and Sweet Violet Purple Teal. I used some of the spray from Prima color Bloom Pressed Petal and Boysenberry. Once dried, Started using Art Alchemy Acrylic Metallique Paints, Soft Satin, Ancient Coin, Pink Blush, Dark Velvet, Rich Turquoise.. I used Art alchemy Opal magic Violet Green in some areas. This is one of my Fav color too. FinallyI finish this with Art Alchemy Waxes White Gold and Vintage Gold... Added some bling from my stash to add beauty to my project. Hope you like it too.

The Magic Wand of an Artist

Hello Crafters,
My entry for February month challenge for Mixed Media Place. This is my first time taking part in the monthly color challenge..
I love the color pallet from Mixed media place. A paint brush helps an artist to create a colourful piece of art, so do our desires in our heart helps us to be more creative which brings a personal satisfaction and inspiration for many.
I had this center piece of locket which i want to use in one of my project. I used it as my focal point.
I added embellishments some from my stash,  Finnabair Mechanicals Heart Locket Pendants,  some clay molds which i did from IOD Molds. I glued everything using Prima Art basics Heavy body Gel and Hot Glue. I covered everything with Prima Art basics White Gesso. Dried and sprayed with Lindysgang starburst spray, Sassy Sapphire, Shabby Turbine Teal , Sea Mint Green, Alpine Ice Rose, Sweet Violet Purple Teal. Also used Moon Shadow Mist, Mystic Malachite vintage spray and Violaceous Violet.  Dried it and used Art Alchemy Acrylic paints Metallique, Plum Preserves, Black Berry, Crocus Fields, Mermaid Teal, Dark Velvet, Dark forest , Steampunk Copper, Pink Blush, Light Patina, Lime Peel. I also used Art Alchemy Sparks, Ginger Magic, Fairy Wings, Mermaid Sparle. How can I finish this project without using Art Alchemy Waxes. Yes I finally rub the embellishments with Art Alchemy Waxes Amethyst magic and Rich copper.

ARTISTIC Painting Brush

Hello friends, it was long due to work on a Painting Brush, finally I did it. It was very fun and I completely got lost in it. 

Used lot of Finnabair , Prima and Lindysgang product in this project. 

First I primed my canvas with Black heavy gesso from Finnabair. Then using the TCW Tile Mania stencil and modelling paste I created a texture for the background. 

Covered everything with black gesso. Glued the painting brush in the middle.. added some Art Alchemy white crackle paste to create some texture in the paint brush and started decorating with Finnabair Mechanicals leaves 1, Mechanicals gears. Added some metal embellishment from my stash. Also i added some clay embellishment made with IOD molds.. 

I glued it with Art basics 3D gloss gel  and Hot glue.. Added some Art stones , Mini Art stones to create some texture..Coverd everything with black gesso and sprayed with Lindysgang’s spray, Milk Chocolate Brown , Cocoa Bean Copper , Dark Chocolate Truffle, Tainted Love Teal and Time Travel Teal. 

I used Prima Art alchemy Acrylic paint Metallique Gold Rush , Wild Fuchsia , Emerald Green, Pink Blush, Rich Turquoise , Dark Velvet , Black Berry.. I can’t stop using these paints, so gave final touch with Art Alchemy Sparks Dragons Eye, Fairy Wings, Opal magic Violet Gold and Violet Green

Valentine Love Frame

Valentines Day special

Hi guys, showcasing this special project made to show my love for my hubby this Valentine’s Day. He was thrilled by this surprise gift. He was very appreciative for all the hard work put in. 

Got this frame from a home deco shop near my house and immedietly ideas started flowing in. 

I primed the whole thing with Finnabar Black Heavy Gesso. Used Finnabair Modelling Paste and TCW Tile Mania Stencil to create the background texture..  Added few embellishment from my stash. Glued it with 3D Heavy Body Gel. Covered it with Black gesso. 

Now the fun part begins. started colouring with Lindysgang Starburst spray Tainted Love Teal and Time Travel Teal. After it dried, I used tons of Art alchemy Metallique paints Pink Blush,  Emerald Green, Royal Red,  Wild Fuchsia, Opal magic Violet Green, Sparks Raven Black and Unicorn’s Hair... 

Always love using Waxes in my projects.. Prima Art Alchemy Antique brilliance Red Amber, Fire Ruby, Amethyst Magic.. I keep adding the wax until I got the desired look.

Handmade Card

Hi friends back with another Handmade card. I used Heartfelt Creations Wildwood Florals stamps and Dies to make these flowers. For the leaves, I used Classic Rose Vines stamp and Dies.. The center decorative piece was die cut from Heartfelt Creations, Decorative Oval Dies.. I used Lindysgang spray, Autumn Maple Crimson and Poinsettia Red Gold for the flowers and Luscious Lime and Lucky Shamrock Green for the leaves. Enjoy making this card.. love love love it.

Handmade Card

Hi friends, Hand made this beautiful card for my friend. Started it from the scratch. I used Heartfelt creations stamp and die in Flowering Dogwood to make the flowers.  I also used Lindysgang spray, Pretty In Pink Pink and Ramblin Rose Pink for colouring the flowers and Luscious Lime and Lucky Shamrock Green for the leaves. I love the way it turned out.
